The event opened with remarks by Stefano Muroni and Valeria Luzi<\/strong> of Blow Up Academy<\/strong>, the project lead, who introduced the origins and vision of Le Case di Mic\u00f2l<\/em>: A project that combines historical research<\/strong>, education<\/strong>, and film production<\/strong>, creating a European memory map<\/strong>through the \u201chouses\u201d of four young Jewish women in four different cities across the continent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The Digital Platform and the Memory Map<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Liliana Grasso<\/strong>, from the Fondazione Centro Studi “Citt\u00e0 di Orvieto” (CSCO)<\/strong>, presented the interactive digital platform<\/strong>, one of the project\u2019s most innovative tools. Voices from International Partners<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n The discussion included contributions from representatives of European film schools and partner institutions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/p>\n\n\n\n The Italian Contributions<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Amedeo Spagnoletto<\/strong>, director of MEIS \u2013 National Museum of Italian Judaism and the Shoah<\/strong>, emphasized the importance of teaching about the Shoah through everyday stories<\/strong>, without monumentalizing the tragedy but instead bringing it back to the human and relational dimension<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Piervittorio Milizia<\/strong>, representing the Institute of Contemporary History of Ferrara (ISCO)<\/strong>, highlighted the symbolic value<\/strong> of the map as a tool for knowledge and awareness:<\/p>\n\n\n\n “Maps are never neutral<\/em>,” he said, “and Le Case di Mic\u00f2l builds an emotional geography\u2014made of lived places, not monuments.<\/em>“<\/p>\n\n\n\n The Symposium, curated by Ferrara La Citt\u00e0 del Cinema, stood out for its cultural quality and its ability to engage a diverse audience: students, teachers, film professionals, and scholars.<\/strong> The high level of contributions, the active participation of the partners, and the enthusiasm of the young attendees turned the event into a shared educational experience\u2014one that successfully combined
